Seamless appointment management for your spa visit

Booking and Arrival Guidelines

1. Arrival & Preparation

Please arrive 10 minutes early. There is no grace period — late arrivals may shorten your treatment time.

Each session includes a 10-minute buffer for dressing and room turnover. For example, a 60-minute session includes 50 minutes of hands-on massage.

After your service, enjoy complimentary champagne, chocolates and water in our lobby. Champagne is served only to guests 21 and older.


2. Deposit, Cancellation & No‑Show Policy


  • $25 deposit per person is required when booking.
  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
  • Same‑day cancellations are subject to a $50 fee per person.
  • No‑shows will be charged the full service amount.

3. Payment & Gratuity

Only the deposit is paid online. Remaining balance is due in-person after your visit.

For services/packages of 80 min or more, a 15% minimum gratuity is added and goes directly to your therapist.


4. Personal Belongings

Please keep track of your personal items during your visit. Massage Étoile is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home whenever possible.


5. Code of Conduct

Inappropriate behavior, including sexual advances or aggressive conduct, will not be tolerated. Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full charges will apply. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these guidelines.


6. Minors

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Both parties must sign a consent form. Solo services for minors are not permitted.


7. Phone & Recording Devices

To protect privacy, recording devices and phones may not be used during your service. Phones should be silenced or turned off upon entering the spa.


8. Right to Refuse Service

Massage Étoile reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that may compromise the safety, comfort, or integrity of our business or staff. This includes but is not limited to harassment, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or a history of repeated cancellations/no-shows.
