Our Policy
1. Arrival Time:
β Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
β We DO NOT ALLOW any grace period. Late arrivals may result in a shorter service time.
2. Dressing Time:
β 10 minutes of service time are allocated for getting dressed and preparing for your service.
β All services hands on time are: 50 minutes / 80 minutes / 110 minutes
β Once dressed, enjoy the complimentary champagne chocolate and water at the lobby
β Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
β We enforce a 24-hour rescheduling and cancellation policy.
β Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment will incur a fee of $50 per person.
β No-shows will be billed the full-service amount.
3. Payment Procedure:
β We DO NOT CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE for the full service; only a deposit is required.
β A physical form of payment will be needed after your service to complete the transaction.
4. Gratuities:
β For spa packages/services lasting TWO HOURS OR MORE, a 15% minimum gratuity will be added upon checkout.
β This gratuity is NOT INCLUDED in the service price and goes directly to the massage therapists and estheticians.
5. Damage to the rooms:
β Please note that any damage to our massage rooms, tables or furniture in the room will result in a $100 clean up or replacement fee.
